A master plan is the most useful document a pre-launch buyer can read, because it shows decisions that cannot be changed later. At Codename Club Class, the ~3-acre parcel resolves into a clear logic once you know where to look: arrival on the east, built form through the centre and south, and landscape claiming the entire western and northern fringe toward the lake.

Entry comes from the road along the eastern boundary. The sequence runs security room, waiting pavilion, entry plaza with a water feature and signage, aroma garden, drop-off and feature wall, all of it completed before a resident reaches a residential lobby. The Sports Club stands on that same eastern edge as a building in its own right rather than tucked behind the towers, which makes it the first structure encountered on the way in.

Tower 1 sits toward the middle of the site and Tower 2 to its south. Pushing both away from the western edge is the single decision the open-space figure depends on. Roughly 80% of the parcel stays unbuilt, and because the towers occupy one side, that 80% survives as a continuous green run rather than several leftover pockets between buildings. Residents get a landscape they can cross end to end.

The pool court occupies the sheltered ground between Tower 1 and the Social Club, and functions as the centre of gravity for the community. It carries a swimming pool, a kids' pool, an infinity weir, a pool deck and alfresco dining. The Social Club overlooks it directly, which is why gatherings and celebration sit in that building while sport and wellness sit in the Sports Club at the opposite end of the site.

Programme then grades outward by noise. Quiet uses fill the middle green — a meditation zone, a wellness pavilion, a garden gym, a tree deck and a green screen wall. Active sport sits at the far boundary, where a multiplay court, half basketball court and cricket practice pitch carry least into the homes. Social lawns hold an amphitheatre with a stage, a multi-activity lawn and a play lawn, with a lake view deck, a view deck and a viewing pavilion turned toward the water. A kids' play area and pet park complete the ground plane.

Two things are worth checking against the plan when you visit. First, walk the distance from the lobby door to the lake edge, because the value of a continuous green belt is only obvious on foot. Second, note the separation between the two towers and where your prospective unit sits relative to the pool court — in a scheme with four homes to a floor, orientation and position on the plate matter more than the floor number.
